Sam did a great job with our landscaping and rock installation here in Northern Colorado. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional!

We recently had 19 windows replaced in our house. We have already seen a difference in the inside temperature - haven't gotten to winter yet to see change in heating cost - but sure we will.
Sam was our salesman and he gave us a great deal on our windows! He kept us updated on the timing for installation and he had followed thru on any issues we had.
The installation crew - Manny and his guys - were awesome! First came in covered the floors and the furniture - then went about removing the window coverings. Installation for the windows was fast and efficient - insulation and caulking and installation. All done in one day. Next morning the crew checked for window cleanliness and any concerns - operating windows for future cleaning! All in all Manny and his crew were very efficient and tidy - no mess to clean up afterwards! Can't say enough good about the crew!
We would definitely recommend Sam and Manny for window replacement!

We purchased 19 new windows from Machine & Man. The final price was exactly the same as the initial estimate. Every window fit exactly as they had measured them. The installation crew installed all nineteen windows in one day and did an amazingly nice job. the caulking was perfect as well as the prep & cleanup. We would recommend these folks to anyone needing new windows.

Great price, great customer service and exceptional windows! They came in and knocked out 7 upstairs windows in a few hours and didn’t leave a speck of dust behind. Can’t wait to use them again for our downstairs windows.

I needed one window fixed, which most companies wont do. They were willing to do it, at a fair price, and quickly. The work was great and their service was exceptional. We will certainly use them again when we replace all our windows at our home.

Sam personally Came by to measure and then provide an excellent quote For a small picture window and large glass sliding doors in my 10th floor Condominium. Manny and his crew did a superior job not only of taking out the old window and doors but installing the new. They deserve the highest rating plus.

Sam is wonderful to work with! He kept me updated on the time frame for installation. The workers were friendly and kept the house clean even with all the snow on the ground. Sam saved me thousands over the cost of two other companies for the same windows. I have used him on another property and would highly recommend him. He is honest with his pricing and the installation time frame.
